1. Platform Purpose

CIVXO is a civic-focused social platform for reporting public issues in India. CIVXO does not guarantee resolution by authorities.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to post illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, impersonating, or privacy-violating content. You must not use CIVXO for abuse, spam, fraud, harassment, propaganda, or coordinated manipulation.

3. Civic Reporting Policy

Lawful civic criticism and public issue reporting are permitted. Unverified criminal accusations, targeted personal attacks, doxxing, and unlawful content are prohibited.

4. Temporary Visibility

Issues may appear publicly for a limited period. Reposting or platform rules may affect visibility duration.

5. User-Generated Content

All posts, comments, reports, messages, images, and videos are user-generated. CIVXO does not endorse or verify every user submission.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts and content that violate these terms, harm users, or create legal or security risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

CIVXO is not responsible for user disputes, government action or inaction, third-party behavior, or damages arising from user-generated content, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with Indian courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of the latest terms.
